most static sounds are stuff interfering with each other so move devices that will cause static so mobile devices or stuff that u know that might cause it but or its the sound of a loose wire that will do it what sort of static sound is it

so when your cpu is max pinged at 260w peak your gpu is sucking a spring roll in the corner

you wont be able to use it

game frame has to generate an image based on single point of time so

so if mouse move at constant rate, you would expect to see deviations in distance crosshair moves
