There is probably a macro toggled on. Restart your pc then open synapse and check if any of the keys have one assigned

I just found out that if you set the lighting brightness to 0 in razer synapse for the deathadder v2 and close synapse, the lights will remain off

What do you mean by 4% of volume? Like it only goes to 4%? If you open your sound control panel and go to recording devices you should see the microphone listed and if you right click and go to properties you should be able to boost it
