700 pc you can get better fans, better graphics card and its upgradable. in laptops, their graphic cards are much slower than the one in laptops because the one in laptops are the mobile version.

but if you want to bring your pc around with you, then its a laptop. also pc’s doesnt include webcam, microphone and speakers just like laptops do
