Does anyone here know the best way to deal with support over a defective rvmse? I’ve been dealing with the support through their website for over a week now and cannot make any progress. They just keep passing me on from person to person. I just want to get my issue resolved.

I had an okay experience with Razer support when I had a swollen battery in my razer laptop, in terms of response and such
but there were like three people trying to help me at once, and two seperate tickets, which sometimes merged email threads, and the ticketing system bottom-responded to emails, including all of the pages of boilerplate crap

and then at the very end I was like "I cannot easily dispose of this bad battery where I live, you need to let me ship it back to you"

and went back and forth with them, I had one rep who seemed to think this was fine and was going to get me a shipping label, and another one who was like "you can just dispose of the old battery however you do it"

and now I still have this dead swollen battery in my storage waiting to explode and burn my house down rip

Like, I back on the vmse yesterday, and I used a lot of razer product last i'm kid like deathadder chroma, blackwidow 2014, 2013 for keyboard, but this mouse is different, I can't aim so good with all of the mouse that I tried, I tried also the v3 pro, but I don't know the vmse is the way for perfect aiming in claw grip

It's like, when I try with v3 pro, I feel my aim is more fast and not crispy, same for logitech

But with the vmse, if I aim only for hs, same with desert eagle in cs, or sheriff on valorant, it will be on the head

I got mine and had to do some troubleshooting for it to show up in Synapse

If anyone has any issues with Synapse not detecting their mouse, try using Synapse 3 instead. I had to uninstall and reinstall Synapse 4 multiple times until I chose to try 3 and it worked seemlessly. Not sure if it's a known issue with the signature edition or just a bug on my end.

yeah its sort of a clear move to make , keeping both the RVMSE and Feinmann is common sense, You will also contribute to saving the ozone layer by increasing the demand for magnesium mice therefore decreasing the demand for plastic made products. If we simply all soley purchased magnesium mice moving forward it will make the gaming companys stop this plastic madness which is causing climate change through its toxic checmial makeup. This will also due to the pareto effect both reduce the cost of magnesium gaming mice by as much as 80% due the the law of large numbers but also reduce the emissions in creating gaming mice by as much as 80% aswell.

If razer is serious about its green stance and emissions reduction initiatives it would cease production of plastic gaming mice and draw up a plan that within the next year 100% of its gaming mice line will be made out of magnesium. This is an ambitious goal I realize that, however razer is a company with many resources at hand so a delay beyond this speaks more to profits over people and the planet in the short term. In the long term I believe this will have a massively net positive outcome for razer financially speaking by taking on such worldly initiatives that speak to the younger generations more interested in protecting the planet from further damage. This would also establish razer as a world wide leader in the peripheral industry for decades to come, I fear if they do not employ such tactics that they will fall behind other companies already establishing multiple lines of products that omit plastic from their bill of materials.
