I see this get brought up from time-to-time, but I don't actually see a good answer. Is there a way to integrate Wiz motion sensors with HA? They say they're Wifi, but a) they're not showing up on my network, and b) they require a Wiz light in the room where it's configured to operate.

And the Zigbee hub built into the HA Yellow device will support those devices? Does proximity matter, or is the range far enough that it doesn't matter within a house?

Most mains powered devices are a Zigbee router, for the exceptions see this community wiki page.

And just to be clear, I don't know all the acronyms yet - Zigbee zha and mqtt are supported by the Yellow?

Zigbee is the protocol

ZHA and Zigbee2MQTT are two different sets of software that can interact with Zigbee devices
