Even though I can clearly see it is an entity and it's entity ID is exactly what I'm calling it. I have changed the name from cabinet lights to counter lights but I insured. I updated the ID.
Is there anyone that can help me out? It's becoming a little frustrating. I forgot to mention that they are enabled and they are exposed to my voice assistant.

I just want to say a massive thank you to @midnight verge for their constant effort on the Alexa Devices integration over the past several months.
Amazon have made constant changes to their API which has made the integration fail on average once a month. Simone has rolled with the punches and dropped updates as quickly as they can be deployed. Last month he even went so far as to push a patch to HACS to get people back up and running while waiting for the next milestone release.
This is the effort that open source projects are built on and this integration makes an enormous impact on my life as well as many other users. (He also graciously puts up with the stream of “same here” comments on GitHub!)

I don’t know that I pay much attention to the frequency, so I’ll check tomorrow when in my office. But at home I had issues when logged into my work’s Citrix desktop with major lag at times. I was using an anker USB-C to hdmi. Home was the only place that saw this issue. At work I have an even bigger monitor and it was fine when connected to my Citrix desktop, with the monitor connected over hdmi from a Caldigit thunderbolt 3 dock. Solve at home by moving to a ugreen thunderbolt 4 dock.

That thunderbolt dock is the 300 euro one if I had to guess. Display at the office does support 60Hz but that is just USB-C input. The display has a built in dock. The display at home doesn't have this unfortunately.

One thing you do want to watch for (if you're using ceiling speakers for music, and not a more rigidly-positioned home theatre layout) is they can do some right fucky things with stereo and cancellation if there's more than one speaker pair that can be heard from any location.
Often better to run the things in mono so every speaker is outputting the same thing.

My Ikea lights are such a bitch, they really don't like multiple commands at once. I can't integrate them in adaptive Lighting because they either dim or change color, not both at the same time
