Hello, I’m using some ikea rgb light bulbs, and having the issue of when turning the bulb on with a certain color, it turns on with the previous for a second then changes to the desired color.

For example it’s off and I want to turn it on as red, it turns on as white for a second then change to red. Is there a way to fix this?

You have to keep in mind that the reason Noctua fans are perceptually very quiet is because Noctua has tuned the design to produce wide-band noise. They spread the noise out across the spectrum as best they can.

When you use them as wall fans inside a server, that goes out the window. Peaks re-appear because the sheer bulk of the server around them blocks parts of that wind-band noise

You'd be better off picking fans that have a peak in their output that matches a frequency range deadened by the server chassis.

Nope. It relies on their Entertainment API and will not work without a Hue bridge WITH lights attached to it. There's other issues with it as well (weird CEC implementation and sync problems on hi-res inputs).
