Weapon Capacity Mechanics:
Each armor type has a weapon capacity, this capacity dictates how many weapons a player can hold. For example someone with combat armor could hold a rifle (size 3) and would have 1 space left (enough for a sidearm like the COM-15 or Revolver)
When a player picks up a weapon they do not have the weapon space to hold, they are able to hold and use it. However they are unable to unequip said weapon without dropping it; attempting to equip another item will result in first throwing the weapon. This means a player may use any weapon independent of their armor but would be unable to conceal it and would have to drop it to use medical items/keycards etc.
Ammo Capacity Mechanics:
All ammo is now held in a shared pool, each ammo type takes its given weight value from this pool when in a player's inventory. For example a player with combat armor could hold 180 9x19mm ammo or 128 5.56x45mm ammo (but not both quantities at once). Most likely players would want to mix this if they require multiple ammo types. Someone holding an E11 and a COM-18 may hold 100 5.56x45mm and 40 9x19mm.
Misc Changes:
- CI-Marauders spawn with 56 12/20 Buckshot and 24 .44 Mag
- HCZ armory spawns with 6 COM-18s

I have my own theory to this meaning for what happened to site-45.
So the cause of the breach in site-45 was a possible breach by the Chaos Insurgency, not only that, but the explosions can be known to be blasts and shatters of what could be the new experimental weaponry, meaning that the experimental weapons where originally created by the C.I. So when members of this special unit of chaos got terminated by the Foundation's Theata-5 and 7, they took the experimental weaponry in to observe its natures. The to install some lockers, just for them and to give commands access to these weaponry. There is proof cause in the image on the right hand side of the desk, there is a CI agent, walking in what could be site-45, but if this looks like a new overhaul or heck, something relatable towards game play. This could be something else, possible for an entrance zone rework as well as a HCZ visual overhaul. This then leads me into knowing the person on the computer (the pit room pc) Where we see the name "Luaus" on the monitor, now with evidence from the images and how he got the right side image with the CI insurgent, it would have been impossible for him to take the image and come back alive, meaning that he was a member of the Chaos and tells them about the information of other sites and site-02.
The final answers I got was that if the Chaos insurgency are there to take back the SCPs, and from a possible agent from the CI and probably turned to the dumb truck 939, this does mean that the SCPs have been NOT tested by the SCP Foundation, but are experiments of the Chaos Insurgency. This is why they also raid site-02 to take the SCP subjects back to their facility, to keep them and use them as the experimental weapons, to put more pressure and damages onto the foundation.
If you don't get it, this is my obvious theory for the next major update. INTERESTING! (also, SCP-049's voice can be heard from Theata-Command, where a female is speaking after the expositions near site-45, if its not true, still is an interesting theory none the less.)
