Marksmen added in Midland Ranch, and the Shields added in Lost in Transit

The Marksmen are essentially ground-force snipers that deal less damage but with higher RoF (although somehow they are a lot more annoying than regular snipers)

The Marshal Shield has two different stages

His Shield stage where he has a Deagle and a breakable shield that, when near a heist or a Joker, charges up a concussion shot and fires away

It has a beeping sound followed by red lights indicating it

and if you break the shield it'll be stunned for a bit with 3 seconds of immortality before pulling out an automatic shotgun with concussion rounds
