I absolutely cannot fathom how in any world you could spend an entire solid hour drawing that, without taking breaks n stuff

what id recommend for you would be to set a timer or a time limit on how long you allow yourself to work on a sketch, since clearly you take too long to get something done

practise that for a few days or weeks and your speed and overall performance should increase quite noticeably

hands are very wobbly compared to the sturdiness of your arm
