the workflow i used for this was mostly a jumbled mess but i can try to explain

i started just blockout poses of where i wanted everything at those frames.

then did timing where i spaced the key frames out to make it flow better.

then i did a spline pass where i smoothed out the movements, then went to the graph editor to add the detail

try to keep everything flowing, mask where poses go from one to another

You'd probably need to create the Hotspot sections first, I'm not the most knowledgeable with designer since I do literally all my texturing in painter, but I'd guess you'd have to manually define the portions of your hotspot and use it as the driver for stuff like curvature for the rest of your texture

The ring, while being much more firmly attached than previous iterations, can still very easily be knocked out if you're not careful

not to mention, there's nothing actually clinging onto it, it's just a tiny bit of glue attached to the sides

oh, and with the new outline design, the ring's actually a little too short
