As stated in the EULA processes interfering with the game in a way that gives people an unfair advantage in the sense of allowing things to happen that game code normally does not (eg bypassing client side checks, faking shooting positions, etc)

Frame generation, brightness enhancement wouldnt count on that, nvidias brightness stuff i believe is litterally just the GPU messing with the gamma or whatever of the game to make it look brighter, not actually making it look brighter

The anticheat will monitor the game for tampering with the game itself, as far as i am aware nvidias app doesnt do that, atleast i have not seen any cases of it happening
