Just play through the preset that says play with reset settings and when you go to the menu go and change the API to direct x 11 for an fps boost and fix for crashes

Not only that

When the game is loading and seems to be stuck don't click everywhere

Because it may cause windows to think the game is unresponsive just wait till you are at the menu

Don't be a clicky mf when it comes to waiting

Windows sucks so if they can't handle it you do it

When windows thinks it's unresponsive it asks you if you wanna close the app or wait just press wait

One more thing if the game can't open it may be a low ram issue
