Of course they do. Frankly, I would too, since a lot of people I talk to point to the, honestly, toxic positivity that this server has at times. That being said, it is partly novelty of new stuff, but as a Patreon I think beta access is seen as early access. You're less likely to hate on something since you want to feel like you got your money's worth. But that's more of a problem with Patreons getting early access to updates in general.

If the server is using cedmod you can request to be whitelisted on their website (make sure you steam profile is public so they can verify you're not a new account trying to bypass a IP ban)
If the server isn't using cedmod you can join their discord server if they have it listed in their server info and see if they have a support ticket system so that you may request to be added to a whitelist
