He will have a smash where he stands on his back legs smashes his front legs on the ground then he can grab someone spew acid on them. His main attacks are biting and swiping acid will be contained in the acid box already broken through. It will be in a lower part of the facility kind of like where 049 room is he will have a room where researchers talk to him you may be able to go inside of that room and probably get guns and other stuff to open that room will require our key card to open individuals like scientist and MTF chaos may or may not be able to open the door

also this is more likely a server-side issue than client-side.

NW official servers regularly experiences huge lag spikes where everyone stops talking and moving or sometimes they'll just stand there and jump up and down for a bit. Try a different server, or create your own (type cst in console, then click "create anyway" in the create server menu) and check your speed.

Also, use the latency counter in the F3 menu. The one in the top left seems to always be inaccurate for some reason.
