@rocky reef The variable settings wizard has a small bug that causes it to not work if you click one box that shouldn't be able to be clicked. Last night I found a bug with grouped processes where I couldn't print one part with a raft and one wihtout a raft unless I went and manually spaced them apart. If you do auto arrange simplify3d puts them too close together. Kirby helped me debug both. Definitely not hard stops, but more like annoyances that shouldn't be there.

Does anyone remember the name of that kickstarter project, I can't find it. Ya that thing is cool, but SOOO expensive. That kickstarter, the product was suppose to have been pretty cheap, under a hundred I think. You'd get the cutter & the 3D pen.

Nice, it's really a sweet base case, I suspect remixes will spring up quickly.
BTW, I'm working on a circuitpython set of helpers with things like predefines for colors, animations and so on. So those who don't know that Red is (60,0,0), etc, could do "= Red" and it would work, just by adding "import colorhelper" for example
Making it even easier for newbies to tweak main.py code in simple ways.

I have built electrical experimenter boards for kids several times. Here's an example: switches, buzzer, potentiometer, pushbuttons, light bulbs. Connect with alligator clip jumpers.
