Since were new player friendly I purge inactive frequently enough... usually every 4 or 5 months I look to see if there's anyone who hadn't logged in for over 2 months

Lots of people that join the game, usually under 1500 total will stop playing after a few weeks

Originally my clan was just to see the GIM achievements before they added that as a feature for gims

Then I decided to invite random people I did content with in the game & it grew from there

No intense advertising was really done

(social, PVM, Ironlife, variety ect) most clans in the recruitment forums list their requirements to join. just join their discord and apply or message on their threads that you are interested. upon approval someone can meet u in game and invite you to clan

Honestly i know a lot of clans have that system where they ask for potential clan members information that relate to their clans. The reason most clans do that is to see if you'd be a good fit for them/if they'd be a good fit for you and if you meet their requirements (in the case they have some). Although i get it can be time consuming to fill those out, it's a healthy and necessary way in some case of looking for clan members that will fit exactly what they have to offer!
You can always make a post in #1170031603439910953 and state that you want a clan with no requirements/no application to fill in to join as i know there's still clans like that out there. 🙂
