:key: Clan Leader Application

The Clan Leader role exists to recognise and support individuals who help foster positive, active, and well-managed communities within Old School RuneScape. In order to maintain the integrity and spirit of the game, all applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria and adhere to the verification process outlined below.

:question: Eligibility Requirements

To apply for the Clan Leader role, your clan must meet the following criteria:

Clans must have at least 50 members.
Only three members per clan may hold the Clan Leader role.
- Applicants must hold an Owner or Deputy Owner rank in-game.
Clans must be registered with Wise Old Man.
Clan Leaders must not be involved, or have previously been involved, in behaviour that goes against the rules or spirit of the game.
Clans must be at least one month old at the time of application.
Clans must have an open and active recruitment thread within the OSRS Discord.

In-game photo verification is required as part of your application. (See examples below)
This must show your rank in the clan and include a message in the chatbox referencing the application (e.g. Clan Leader app – May 2025).

:mag_right: Maintaining the role

The Old School RuneScape Chat Moderation Team will conduct periodic reviews on clans to ensure those with Clan Leader roles are still within their respective clans and retain ownership positions.
Evidence pointing towards involvement in behaviour that goes against the rules or spirit of the game will see clans disqualified and removed.
