Yeah , every Bingo I’ve hosted was kinda a nightmare 😅
Like:
• 10% of the tasks are just straight up annoying
• 30% ppl complain teams aren’t balanced
• 20% go AFK mid Bingo and teammates rage
• 20% try to find shortcuts to cheese tasks
• and the rest is just pure grind to win 🥵

Hosting sounds fun until you’re actually the one running it 😂

I couldn’t sleep due to a poorly timed nap on my part after work yesterday so I actually got the bulk of it done in the middle of the night went by like a fever dream 🤣

How did you learn you had this? I'm just curious because I've been noticing I keep waking myself up when it feels like I stop breathing

I had those feelings too, but I never put much thought in it. I also have a history of sinus problems (only able to breathe ~25% through my nose of what I should be so I’m a mouth breather🤣) I did have an attempt to correct sinuses but the surgery failed to work and out of frustration I just never went to a better doc to try to correct it. As for the sleep apnea when I was dating my ex-wife she said she disliked sleeping near me unless she would fall asleep first because I would stop breathing for long periods of time and be gasping for air. I never knew, I always thought I slept like a rock besides that odd feeling when I must have been sleeping light. I had a sleep study done to confirm it.

I am! When I don’t fall asleep flat on the couch like I did yesterday 🤣 I never got along with the cpap machines, they work but just having all stuff on my face isn’t for me lol, I found by trial and error of adjusting my sleep position, raising my head up more does the trick just fine, I feel better rested now than I can ever remember

If you are waking up feeling like you’re not breathing I would say that is plenty of good reasoning to at least look into it a bit! You could try something easy like a wedge pillow to sleep more upright first and see if you notice the difference before you decide, if nothing else you can hit me with it if it doesn’t work!

Funny how this started with us all just hating on naps and now we’re talking about full-on sleep studies 😄 But for real Kelly — if your naps or nights leave you with that racing heart or waking up like you cant breathe, thatsworth checking. Even if its nothing serious -good sleep makes everything better.

My father had this issue , he lost some weight and it helped him aswell. Could be anything. When I was 18 I had a minor heart operation. Keep in mind I was a varsity soccer player and ran track . Things just happen, not worth leaving it unchecked.
