I believe it works like this -
when you first click on a post you are brought to the first message of the forum. If you have clicked on it in the past, it takes you to the more recent/last messages. I think this is a discord feature that is implemented vs something we can do on our end. A lot of clans will link their original post or just copy and paste their messages every "x" messages so its not buried
