There's the whole perfect weight thing which is the perfect height to weight ratio

And muscular people can be registered as overweight since this perfect weight scale doesn't account for unhealthy weight vs healthy weight

If you're a certain height you'll be a certain weight after exercising and it won't be the same as another person with a different height than you

In other words muscle mass has to do with your own height

Only someone as tall as you would have the same mass
