Anyway, I love animals, and i get little hyperfixations frequently, so I know a lot about some of them and I'm always trying to learn more, even thought about going to school for environmental sciences and veterinary sciences.

Harmless is not a thing, all animals have their defense mechanisms. I've had rabbits before, and they still bite when they're grumpy or when you startle them (or when you're trying to feed them and they try and take the food out of their hands lol), They also have claws for diging that you have to be careful of or you're gonna get scratched... (I've had pillows torn up... Tilly was my messy rabbit)

My family has also owned chickens.... a lot... My mom loves them. They're harmless until you have a spiteful rooster chasing you down when you're trying to put all the girls up for the night. Their beaks also can do a lot of harm to you, if you let it, other animals, or each other if there's soemthing wrong. You have to separate an injured chicken or the others will pick and peck at the injuries and make them worse. Chickens are surprisingly gruesome.

We also have a raccoon family that lives in our backyard, the momma is Diane, and she's almost let me pet her at this point. She's probably one of the animals I've seen do the least harm. Seen anyway. They just come up and get catfood sometimes.

And then the cats.... we've had a ton of them because we rescue them from my nanny's, where people decide to drop them off and abandon them. We pick 'em up, get 'em fixed, and get 'em homes. It's fun to name them and love on them so someone else can love on them. Though there are some of them that really enjoy hunting, and probably wouln't be great indoor cats, as they were a lil feisty. We keep these ones. My sister actually texted me a few minutes ago about how one of them snatched a squirrel out of the air... Patches is special like that i guess.

Frankly the worst part of this is there are so many groups in the world that I haven’t even doodled all the characters yet? Ray has two friends that are dating except one of them exists solely because I’m bad at flowy stuff so guess what I never wanna draw >:[ And Asen needs the other guardians to exist but they’re all immortal do they bring up the evolution in the world so Kalo is super animalistic and Daisy is the middle ground but then I have no idea what he is outside their little group of reality bending powers- Veli doesn’t get friends because he has so many familial issues he doesn’t know how to talk to people and is in a perpetual state of loneliness- and Cassian needs his brother Milo to be designed and Milo needs his brother that he adopted Saben to be designed because those three are like ‘old genetics’ hence why Cassian doesn’t have hair he just has fur- his lineage is less evolved making them targets for experimentation- Milo his Cassian but he got captured then Saben was captured a few years later- evil scientist is more there to push stuff to extremes but does the glorious thing of still treating them pretty ok but like in a bad way- Milo and Ray date at one point cause Milo studies transfiguration magic because he wants to fix the stuff the scientist did to ‘fix’ him and Saben- and Ray agrees to help out but the spell he does goes terribly and declaws her and now Ray is pretty much anger issues personified and blah blah blah basically this is what I use instead of therapy
