Regarding the perceptron, seems like a fancy term to describe supervised training.

In ML supervised meams that the data sets are labeled, as in the researchers vetted it beforehand, unsupervised means it's random.

I remember some things from a big data course I did a while ago.

If you check admin, it will install it for all users on the machine, while if not it will install under [COMPUTER_NAME]. I recommend admin, because it will streamline the installation. While I wouldn't recommend such a thing in other cases, Python interpreter is a pretty trustable installation.

To cover my bases, do not do this with any software you do not trust. I would check admin, but you can leave it unchecked if you want.
