How does feijoada taste like

Im biased but i tend to dislike eating beans bc it overflavors everything else on the dish, feijoada is usually made with the type of beans with the strongest flavor (which is not bad), and ppl basically add a whole pig or cow in it and the meat ends up being weird

But fun fact, ppl usually eat feijoada accompanied by orange bc it helps to make the iron from the beans take effect in the body
