Y'all I need ideas for a tunnel/cave in the mountains. So there's a hidden door on a cliffside. Beyond that is a cavern with a river that leads down a tunnel. There are five other tunnels; three collapsed and two not. One of the uncollapsed tunnels leads to a crypt, but I don't know what the other one should lead to.

The other is a dead end. Seemingly! you walk down the tunnel end up in a dimly lit medium sized cave where you notice

but aha, there's a trick, of course,

the tunnel is actually a portal into the feywild and it just so happens to lead to a dead end cave there.

.. or yknow bandit hideout / occult ritual room / mineshaft / breeding nest for a monster or some such
