The first step is finding the solutions to several different puzzles hidden all over the site. That's under "Puzzles". That leads to the "Backend", and so on and so on

If something seems strange, out of place or oddly specific, you're probably looking at one

For example, the second column could be:

Let me explain better what I was saying yesterday.
Just try to consider each numerical column indipendent from the others.
You can see that each column needs extactly 3 numbers to become palindrome (technically, the first column needs only 1 number to become palindrome and other 2 numbers to remain it).
Now, let assume we have 10 winners in the table (so, don't consider the 10+1 theory for now): there will be only 1 missing number for each column that allows them to become palindrome.
