VIPs get priority over those queuing... and you can see like 30/1 sometimes lol It's basically full, just shows that way since technically queue is there and it's not 100/100.

Not gonna lie, not even community servers are any good for my experience getting into the game. Idk why people create squads to then just leave after losing a single point, people don't even go together at all and i'm left alone most often than not. I'm not even frustrated i'm just bored of running around without anyone to work with and make actual progress in games

Actually, it can help with fire suppression 🙂 The more teammates close to you, the less likely it'll affect your view.

rifle, auto-rifle, assault, and machine gunner seem to be most accessible to me

the tank and recon roles require a lot of game knowledge, or other competent persons

To get use to the game, I recommend assault, rifleman, automatic rifle, or machine gunner. Not as vital but can be impactful.

I tried S44, felt very, very similar to HLL. There were some cooler things and some way un-cooler things. Ultimately after trying it, I didn't buy it and stuck to HLL.

It depends what sort of experience you want. Hell Let Loose has slower gameplay but not so slow to be compared to a game like Squad44. BFV is literally run and gun. It's in the WW2 space but that's about all they share in common.

If you're trying to get an "authentic" experience you would be better off with literally any other game.

The plane combat in terms of dogfighting was fun, but air to ground was a bit of a pain. Either it's completely broken and wipes an area or it doesn't do anything, not to mention the spotting which is hard, since the models don't load in that far away.
And then ground to air is just that stupid multi-tube thingy (no clue of the name) that just shred a plane in a milisecond.
Anti air emplacements also have the range of demi gods covering like 80% of the map, sometimes literally right outside of spawn.

My tank specs were always against armor, especially in something like the tigers, but it was the same case as it is in HLL, who gets the first shot off, usually wins. And by nerf bullets I meant with the insane drop on most of the shell types. They felt like holding a rubber band back inbetween your fingers and then letting go, like they slingshot around the map.

don't listen to the fox dude, its a sys32 error, ping.exe basically sends an ICMP echo request to verify connectivity and its not working for you. The problem is fairly common, all you have to do is open cmd prompt (admin most favourably) and type in SFC /scannow , if you get "no errors found" deinstall sys32 and windows will reinstall it for you fixing the problem (im just joking but you should do sfc /scannow anyways since it scans for corrupt files on your OS)
