It's just a recon vehicle that armour players can use. It's quick and vulnerable, but it's very fun to use

It has a little camera which can do a recon flare too to highlight infantry and tanks

Guys last I played I thought satchel had to be put direct on garrison to destroy it not by proximity? But yesterday I put one on a house and also took out garrison and op. Was it changed or was my assumption wrong anyway?

destroys everything in a 25 meter radius (50 diameter) though walls and the ground. Does damage to vehicles, diminishing at range, and might kill a heavy from some distance away if the explosion sees the backside, iirc. friendly fire to infantry only

it can also destroy default garrisons on offensive, along with the flamethrower, the only things that can do it (without dismantling). iirc.

There is an intermittent bug where satchels placed below the height of the garrison table sometimes don’t get the job done. So common advice is high up or on top of the garrison table.

This is incorrect. Damage is different if you hit hull, turret, tracks. But hitting the back doesn't cause more damage than hitting the front, it simply changes whether or not you will cause damage in the first place

Yeah, so these work differently. Like a satchel will do more damage when placed to the front or rear of the tank when compared to the sides (when placed off the tank) but I have seen this be somewhat inconsistent. Bombing Runs need to be a direct hit. Artillery needs to be a direct hit. Katyusha needs to be a direct hit. P strikes are totally broken and just inconsistent. Just to hit the tank and maybe it'll die

Rifles (M1 Garand, G43, SVT, Bolt actions) do it up to 200m anywhere above the knee
Auto rifles (BAR, STG, BREN maybe) do it up to 100m anywhere above the knee
Bolt actions snipers (including Kar Scoped) do it up to 500m (render range), other snipers do it for the same range as their unscoped variety

Question about the artillery points. How much is 3 command points actually worth? I don’t know how many commander gets or needs, so I don’t know how many shells I can responsibly fire

keep an eye on the map to see your nodes, don't let them get too low and ask the commander if you're concerned

i wouldn't be shooting much under 500 unless absolutely necessary imho

How do I find and place a node?

Play as enfineer and it will be the final 3 options on the wrench

place it near the base, and it requires 50 supplies each

a truck is useful for this, or a early game airdrop for a true HQ placement (unless you have the miracle of support players)

1. you need to be engineer with the first loadout the one containing a wrench icon

2. you need 150 supplies for 3 nodes

3. typically you ask the commander to spawn a supply truck. you get in it and drive forward

4. once you reach your own first point there is a white line on the map once you pass it press right click to drop 1 supply crate

5. get back again behind the line and build the 3 nodes by placing blueprints using wrench and then upgrading with hammer

6. the "line i referred to is the big red wall that disappears at the start of the match

also you go back to place the nodes behind that red wall so if u lose the 2nd base your nodes are not lost

This tends to happen when the game is released on a new platform or made free like epic games did so a number of new players flood the official servers. Community servers have level caps sometimes. if they do not have level caps they do have strict rules for commanders and squad leaders to he a certain level and to have microphones so they can help newbies and communicate well. matches on these servers last hours and are very very hectic and exciting

The armor protecting it, the wheels vs tracks, as well as no shifting while driving. Recon tanks also have a 'radio' recon they can shoot out and give a range recon to point out enemies in an area.

Many roles are situational, and usually if you get it one match you get it in the future matches (from commander experience)

Queuing for a position is sorta impossible as you often shouldny be in a role the entire game

☝️ When I play MG, I usually use the browning and switch to BAR loadout when I see some red garrison I can try to save by spawning on and killing the peeps. Would be harder if possible at all with browning that one can't ADS-fast or shoot-fast with. Or I use BAR when the active objectives are more about close quarter combat but knowing that later at another objective I may still have a use for the browning again.

Getting nodes up on your own:
Begin with making a friend take support and drop 50 supplies in HQ
You take engineer
Build Manpower node first
You then switch to support yourself
and you drop 50 supplies
Stand beside the Manpower node and your cooldown on supplies is gone.
Drop another 50 supplies
Then switch to engineer again
Build the last two nodes 👍 DONE! ✨

Your friend can as well be the one dropping the two first boxes by waiting on you building the first node, but if its hard to get help, getting a support to drop ONE BOX is 'easier to ask for' and you can manage the rest on your own 🙂

Use VOIP

Use T and M to get your bearings
Ask SL for OP if he hasn't built one yet
Take the game slower than most other FPS
Use classes like Support and Medic if you want decent EXP
Go on Community servers to play with better folk

Well the STG44 is pretty powerful in short bursts and tap fires. But I prefer my Bolties and Semis due to their damage and range of one hit kills.

Well the M1 Carbine has more ammo and less recoil. It obviously has a lower one shot kill range, so I usually use it for closer range engagements.

But I usually determine how good a weapon is by their sights. Some have sights that are crisp, while others are...soggier.

Find a different server if you need to - the numbers aren't an exact science so unless you notice side effects of high ping (input delay, rubberbanding etc) then it shouldn't be too bad

Tank gunners do not get to aim with mouse. It is WASD aim only by design

Hmm, this isn't the best but play around with either Clarity or Community TAA. Personally, I prefer community TAA as it helps me identify foes from farther ranges, easier.
