hey! i'm new so i'm not certain - why would anyone pick rifleman over e.g Supply/Engineer/anti-tank etc. It seems like the other classes just have more utility? Is it cause rifleman has more grenades?

I would recommend using support. The support has supply crates which you can drop down, and the squad lead or commander can build garrisons with them. that way, your team gets more spawn points and it will be easier to spawn in after you die which in turn makes it so that more of your teammates get to the point faster and you win matches

yeah no. The ideal squad in my opinion is one squad lead, one support, one engineer, one machine gunner, one anti tank and one assault.

the supplies could also be used by engineers to build nodes (which gives resources to the commander so he can call in tanks, supply drops, bombing runs etc) but also cannons, barbed wires, bunkers etc

It's also very useful for AT-cannons. Sometimes it's the only thing you have to defeat enemy tanks. And if you have a good engineer, he'll appreciate any supplies you throw at him. A few pieces of barbed wire can turn a game, and they only cost 10 each. (4 buildable per player, as engineer)

its only 50 supplies if it is in your territory (blue sector on map) but 100 if it is in enemy territory

yeah. it is sooo important. one player can only put down one set of nodes, and the max per team is 3 sets, so I never bother asking other people to build nodes now that no one talks or communicates. this game feels more like battlefield now after epic made it free xD

Every officer/lead role has binoculars and it's to be able to see further to confirm enemies or structures or vehicles. Spotter uses them to spot for their sniper but don't have to.

Just ping and call out what it is over squad or proximity chat. Your squad lead can put more specific pings (ie infantry, tank, vehicle, outpost, garrison) where you ping. I don't know the button on controller, check settings

Sniper is the second to join i was told. First is spotter. Also was told you cannot change to the sniper from spotter. Have to be the second to join. Never actually tested that to see if true.

it's possible that the sniper joined, spawned, got kicked, and still has the kit until they next die. If you're able to spawn as a rifleman on that recon OP then this is the case. If not, then you're the spotter.

Warzone battles take 1.5 hours max. Offensive maps are 30 minutes per point (have to capture the point in that time to move to the next one) which if each point is captured at the last minute, it's 2.5 hours max.

Just play with your squad as much as possible. Don't create a squad at first, since you'll be locked into the SL role until you leave the squad. T is your HUD show/hide. Go to the practice range first, get a feel for the controls, adjust settings, shoot some scarecrow

It's kind of an interesting class even for level 3. Level 3 has a variety of classes depending on the faction. Grenadiers which get extra or AT grenades. Americans get the M1 Carbine which is a close quarters rifle. Germans get Stormtruppen which comes with a handgun.

The only thing vital at all times is AT. Having people rotate through support is great, so someone who isn't on cooldown for supplies and explosive ammo should be playing it and dropping their boxes.

Otherwise, have your MG set up far away on rooftops or whatever and then just have people run their favourite gun. Take satchels from assault or engi as needed

There's no one right solution. Dropping supplies is quite cheap so no reason not to do that at the start of the match. Two engineers can use one supply truck, you can give the 2nd, spawned truck to a third engineer if you really wish I guess but especially in a public match it's probably safer to get some garrisons up for your team because there's a good chance no one else will lol

Personally I spawn a truck for myself, because I don't get mine destroyed often, so someone else can take the normal one, use it for whatever, and then it'll blow up by itself (after 10 minutes) and respawn (after another 5).

I'll always drop supplies for one garrison and build another two with my truck. Then i'll just go back and forth from HQ to get more supplies, build more garrisons, airdropping supplies all the time

first, not every match has a commander. second, not every commander drops supplies at the back for an engineer, and then finally it takes an engineer to actually care to build them

I'm a freshman, but so far with the current chaos, I figured: even if theres no commander to use it, its easy xp if you get the supply truck. build the 3 nodes, switch to another role afterwards is safe

supplies are for supporting their squad leaders mainly to place garrisons. i used to have a support player with me and flanked enemy point then place garrys behind them and pinch the roles are pretty good and useful just not in the current time due to the overload of new players

If you create the recon squad, you'll be the officer/spotter and can't switch roles. You need to join an already existing recon squad with an officer.

There are 3 types of radio one command chat where commander and officers can speak. Other one is proximity chat ( blue ) where you can communicate with player around you except enemies. And the last one is squad chat where u can only talk with your squad.

Communicate with your team. Listen your squad leader. İf sl is not communicating leave. Find a good team. Focus on objectives not kill. And dont rush. When you are in danger zone just lay down and look around enemies. You will able to see them

Whats the difference between offensive and warfare?

In offensive one country has to conquer all 5 strongpoints in sequence without the defending country being able to take back any land. In warfare, both countries can capture the front-most enemy strongpoint, meaning that both countries can also lose territory in this gamemode

bind your map to alt or any button near you and jeep checking it often maybe once or twice a minute. and start flanking, make your sole purpose finding enemy garrisons and flanking from the very edge of the map this helped me get my map reading skills up quicker

you don't need to play recon to play with that playstyle. im not that aggressive normally i main assault and i take my time to flank and dismantle garrisons then clear the remenants in the trench and secure the point for my team's push. i dont get 9282928292 kills a game most games i end up with 20 kills and these are 90 minute games
