Remember when the bushes were generated clientside and they always were in different spots? It was a problem as every player in the server has seen the bushes at different spots but instead of fixing them they could have made it a feature - the server should have generated the bushes 1x at every map load instead and then nobody could be able to use/expect them with certianty as they would be at different locations each time.

Saying stationary arty guns should be removed simply because you personally don't find it to be fun is a wild take. This is the only game that does arty any real justice and it has always been a core aspect of the gameplay loop.

We can talk about recon campers and how that can suck, but that is why a lot of leagues have certain rules regarding this.

Artillery is an EXTREMELY fun part of this game and one of its most unique features. As someone who's grandfather served in US Army Artillery in Europe during the war, the arty has always been one my favorite things about HLL even if I don't get to do it often. Removing it altogether would be a massive L.

You can use either. The card is a DX12 card or I should say supports it. The game auto defaults to DX12. If you have issues then you can switch to see if it fixes the issues you may be seeing.

The game was released as a DX11 game due to the hardware that existed then. Remember that was 7 years ago. Some people were using cards like 780Ti etc. Some cards in that era were not DX12 compatible. So most cards from a certain time frame are all DX12 compatible. Those trying to play with those same older cards they started with might have issue is the reasoning. Looking it up the Nvidia 750 and the AMD Radeon HD 7970 were the first DX12 cards so anything that came after would be DX12 compatible.

Initial midcap crashed around 20 players, any time a point was captured in general there was some level of crashing. Multiple tankers crashing during tank engagements. Both times one of my players tried using MG he crashed and to add to that I just crashed within 2 seconds of someone near me firing an MG

I love spending 10 minutes stalking a P4 now, putting two in his fuel tank, only to have nowhere to redeploy within 500m because blueberries can't be bothered to build OPs or garrisons, so they just repair and continue on. My favorite class feels so much more engaging now.

I know how it works bud. AT was my first class to 10 and I have them all. The nerf to AT was totally stupid for normal gameplay outside of clan v clan stuff where teamwork actually exists.

Tankers should just get better or have infantry support. Two rockets to the butt should definitely kill a medium.

Then quit whining about tanks actually being a bit more effective. In pub matches a "reasonable" crew might get 100 kills. Thats 3 people to achieve 100 kills a game. Most infantry who have actually have their monitor on will get over 30 kills a game.

2 rockets can kill a medium when you cant just spam deploy to spam rockets at tanks. You cant have it both ways. You already have 3 satchels per squad. Unlimited rocket spam is just awful.

Let me make it really obvious for you. If you shoot 2 rockets at me in a tank and lets say you miss once. I then turn the tank and kill you, I have done nothing but do you a favour. So in a tank us killing you is a negative for us. Thats correct?

What will be learned for T17 (AGAIN!) and its tarnished image: BRING THE COMMUNITY CLOSER TO CONDUCT REAL TESTING! ESPECIALLY KEY PEOPLE FROM THE COMPETITIVE COMMUNITY WHO HAVE EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE IN MANAGE SERVERS.

It's clear that the few days of testing in PTE are not valid and real.
T17 needs to change this culture if they want something healthy for the game and even the image of HLLV

I can reassure you that there are going to be some major learnings from U18. I'm already pushing through a few ideas and once we've got U18 ressolved I'll be sharing with everyone what we'll be doing moving forward

People cannot be bothered to play the game. Morale to play HLL is at an all time low because of the developers consistent inability to release QA'd updates and their refusal to work with the community
