i'm trying to see if this is a known issue b4 i do all the file stuff. if i go to full screen it stretches my screen and my mouse can't go down past a certain point, then if i fullscreen-window it lags a ton. when i try to change the resolution in fullscreen through the bugged UI, i literally can't click apply bc the mouse doesn't go down. the full windowed version turns into a tiny window.
Reddit hasn't helped bc they can click apply, the settings don't even preview before clicking apply so it doesn't fix the issue...

Reason: I believe back when it was announced in the 1st Team17 roadmap it mentioned, only a smaller-scale map(s) were mentioned for the Finnish. HLL should not a get a faction that would have just a small-scale maps. That's not what HLL is about. And if Finnish would get in, only with a normal big map and not just one, but more. If that's not possible, I would scratch it away.

But in terms of content there are more important stuffs to be done first, than wasting a time for a faction like that under those circumstances.
