As for map specific DLC.. For uniforms, it's whatever. It doesn't make sense to have full winter uniforms in a summer map in the same way it doesn't make sense to have the LRDG in Driel.

You can try deleting the EAC folder, verifying game files to get a new copy of it, then running the eac setup .exe as an admin

Besides a heap of inaccuracies in the tactical map, the layout of the new map and visuals are pretty good and seem decent to play on. That's based off of a few hours of playtime tho'.

Flamethrower changes, whilst not huge, are welcomed.
Xp changes are essentially giving everyone wallhack legally. When fixed will be a fine addition as well.

Idk if it's the case for all marks, but from my quick observations it seemed like 1 accurate ping/mark was 5 support score, so not a whole lot.
If there's a cooldown on top of that, I don't think you're gonna get more than maybe 200-500 support score per game if you're super active with marking stuff
