Remove all Steam Launch Options. Be sure your date\time are correct and set to automatic and sync to Internet. Be sure you have the (2) (Inbound) Hell Let Loose firewall items in place. Run the easyanticheat_EOS_setup.exe by Right clicking on it and choosing Run as Administrator. Should either give you a Yes prompt or do nothing which is fine. Delete your Steam Download Cache. Be sure game is on an internal SSD rather than a regular HDD or external drive. Then try game again.

Not sure about elsewhere, but the problem with the theory of “you have insurance, right?” Is as follows:

the person who damaged your vehicle may not have insurance. That creates problems.

It may be a hit and run scenario.

And to be perfectly honest, if something happens to your vehicle and insurance “fixes it” it’ll be on the record of the vehicle lowering the value. And who’s to say they fix the vehicle properly??

On top of that, if your insurance is the one that has to carry out the claim, you will have to pay an up front deductible and your insurance rates will increase for the next few years. It just sucks all around and is always best to avoid it.

ADS and scoped items are affected by Shadow Quality and View Distance and Texture Qualities. Do you have the game set to High Performance as well via your Windows Graphics Settings? Having the proper executable configured is key.

I've made similar suggestions about adding Berlin and people have chimed in by stating this two year per faction policy. I'm pretty sure the devs said it in a AMA session. They said something along the lines of "they want to focus on specific eras of the factions instead of the whole war".

Like Abu said, that model was scrapped. I've heard multiple people on this discord say that the devs only want to focus on two years of the war per allied faction. The evidence that supports it is that there are no American or British 1943 maps and none on the horizon. Same with 1944 or 1945 Russian maps.

It is very different. Copied from one of my older advices:

-be prepared to die a lot, often not knowing where you got shot from; don't get frustrated, it's normal
-COMMUNICATE through your microphone; this is imperative (if people don't reply, that's unfortunately rather normal, so don't let that discourage you, never cease talking, it's quintessential for this game)
-stick with your squad mates at first and talk to them, sometimes there are some that will help you
-check the area before moving, people are often hiding in bushes
-watch tutorial videos on YouTube, they do help
-kills do not matter as much in this game, but support and teamplay: push and play the objective
