I mean you can make it really, really basic or you can make it decent and then it's a bit more complicated.
If you have 2 friends + you in a "party", then the closest comparison game that I know that has done such a thing was Battlefield.

But even then it kind of sucks, since the first person or "leader" finds the server, they get in the queue, the others can't join the queue. The leader must get fully in-game and only then do the others press join to get into the queue.

So you can build nodes, get passive support xp from them and that xp will count towards the role you choose after building the nodes.

So it's a totally legit, absolutely recommended way to grind xp if you're trying to level up

And everyone will praise you for it on top

Some roles also just overall get more xp, ones such as MG and AT, because you get a boat load of xp for destroying vehicles

Classes such as rifleman and, in turn, assault are hard to level cause they mostly are just plain dudes with guns. So you essentially only get xp for your combat actions.
That's why assault is nutoriously hard to level to that juicy level 9 where you get the satchel. That's why there's so many BoB peasants who skip the grind

We'll I only know of two tactics for now

Either the snipers gets a nice spot and snipes the enemy on the frontline while the spotter is prowling nearby

Or you go for the long flank and wreak havoc in enemy backline

and stop supplies and find nodes sometimes

even to set up flanks

usually you can ask your commander what to do

Yes.
In a normal game a good portion of the team heavily relies on recons to do various jobs. Anything from taking out arty, to dismantling enemies back line garries, to building flank garries of your own.
If these tasks are not done you are placing your team at a disadvantage to one who does.
Many people mistake recon with some kind of infantry squad that just happens to have 1 role with a scope. In reality sniper's actually quite useless since all you do is get kills. The spotters the one who carries a good 25% on his shoulders

Whilst still learning the basics and what happens and how it happens, just stick to inf squads and take any normal role.

In regards to PC, nearly every day we have a guy who comes in here. States he has a top of the line pc and everything is working perfect, but then turns around to get 20 fps, keeps losing connection and random crashes.
