I have been trying to play hell let loose the past few days but it keeps crashing like every 2-3 games. I feel like I have tried everything to fix it. I have reinstalled game, verified integrity of files, reinstalled epic launcher, but still nothing. I was just recently playing and my pc randomly just restarted itself in the middle of a game. this is the only game where this happens to me. Anyone know whats wrong?

I plan on sticking around, the game had me HOOKED after I knew what I was doing. Kills feel incredibly rewarding and earned compared to most games, even though they really aren't rewarding. It is the also the only game where deaths don't feel cheap either

And also just so happens to be one of those laid back, non competitive shooters that I enjoy

this game deserves more players. theres nothing else quite like it, and the gameplay is very rewarding. learning curve is steep, but once everything clicks it is really great.

Learning curve for me wasn't bad, then again I actually ended up getting paired with a half decent tank crews and or great medics

yeah everyone was like that in the beginning. i remember being so proud of myself if i got even 5 kills lol. but i guarantee you will do a lot better once you get a sense of where enemies are most likely coming from/map awareness etc. then you should be getting 30+ kills per match in no time

placing spawns is very important. you need to be SL and use the watch to place OP or garry. commander can also build garries. garrison takes 50 supplies in blue zones and 100 in red

I actually was in a situation like that earlier, I was in this spot in a barn, specifically in a corner and like 10 americans started funneling into the barn as I was shooting and ended up killing all of them accept for 1. He was intellegent enough to flank my position and take me out before I could kill any more. (my lack of situational awareness got me killed is what i'm trying to say)

Could just be people are placing them in bad spots, i had many times where i would spawn and be picked off right away

i wish i could draw you an example diagram but im on vacation right now and not at my PC. i generally put attack garries closest as possible in the blue to the next (enemies) strong point. red garrison in back lines at least 200m from the strongpoint

its better to put them in a little cover and not like a completely open field, but not absolutely necessary

ideally, commander should be constantly dropping supplies in best places to build garries

Usually a little cover helps alot or a enemy sniper can pick guys off as they spawn. If they should happen to find the garries

they are definitely helpful for offense but a lot of times you can attack well enough with 1-2 blue garries. if the offense stagnates, then try building flanking red garry in the back corners

more garries is better in general though

A problem I’ve also noticed recently for me is to always be wary of which carries are destroyed on opposing cap

yeah i usually do 2-3 at least for the midpoint because it is so important. if youre trying to steamroll blitz as commander then youll be dropping supplies for future offensive garry instead right away (+airhead)

i guess it kinda depends on how the enemy is set up. for example, if you cap the midpoint right away in the beginning of the match, you could have people immediately capping the next (4th) point because all the enemies will likely be at the third still. but yeah generally its a slower process of advancing/pressure for offense

against a good team they will usually rally at the last point at least.

also late game you have to push if you're losing midpoint, so it's different early, mid and late game

Like I always say. Key is running smooth not fps. My 1080Ti and my 4090 play it identically other than the fact one got 35-55 max fps while my 4090 gets 75-1500 fps. I don't notice any difference but the game has always been smooth and I don't sit and watch fps meters. 😉

I thought Elsenborn map was a good sign, but found out there are just so many assets with wrong hitboxes and collision models. Dynamic weather with flickering fog, free camera with great restrictions and yet we see holes in our hands when loking sideways and sprinting with certain weapons.

Yes, the next map loads but we are 40 people instead of 100 like the previous one and it always happens to me in the continuous war game. And I mean, I don't know if I'm in war mode or another mode afterwards. That's what I don't understand.

Some people leave when the server switches maps. There's no "lets drop 60 people" setup or anything similar, so I can only assume that those 60 people left when the map switched.
if your whole map is either red or blue, you are on Offensive Mode. If its 2 hardcaps for both sides and one neutral, white area in the center-rows, then its Warfare Gamemode.

No, Warmup is just 3 minutes and only means its time for people to load the map - thats all "warmup phase" means
So any TK also is an actual TK, etc. The map counts down its left time, even if just one person was on the server.

Hll running is slower and more realistic. Less running and gunning/lone wolfing because of it

The actual combat is slower

But in sq44 they have realistic uniforms and way more steps to doing everything. More realistic gun models like m1 garand sights etc. sq44 may have faster combat but it has more steps to do stuff
