they have 2 MISSIONS : OPERATE THE ENGINE ROOM AND FILL IT. what are they doing? sitting idle. fuck their uniun mandated coffee break. its not the first or only time. but this is getting out of hand. 2 are operating it and 4 are SOMETIME inconstantly , if they feel like it, filling the engine room. WTF it even has resulted in my SHIP literally IGNITING bcs the stupid engine room flickerd for -100% reason-
do i cut them off completly so they can fullfill a BASIC task????

You don't need the doors on the thrusters or the reactir asignment to thos ones ether, what you could do to stop the crew being dumb is having 2 crew as operators so they do nothing but man the engine room

yeah or ASSIGNED crew could just work. i dont have space for an extra bunk bed just so the stupid AI doesnt BUG out.
