Gas them. Its the best way. VPL and tazer is super underrated. It stopps them from shooting and running away
I usually leave my squad out the front but you can give them all VPL and have 2 of them in heavy ceramic plates and riot shield one with tazer and one with VPL
then you can beanbag them yourself to get them on the ground faster
FYI tho, be careful about tazing, gassing and beanbagging them all at once... sometimes they bug out and cant be arrested
Sometimes they free up if you slap them in the face a few times or shoot them in the leg
