You can delete the .pak folder, verify the game files, and you should be fine. Otherwise, just move all the files away and then verify the game files

I don't remember it by name, but by deleting the folder itself and verifying the game files on Steam, it'll redownload the essential files.

Keep in mind, if you use steam cloudsave, it may also redownload the mods you deleted/moved, so keep that in mind

On an fx6300 @ 4.1ghz and a 2gb rx560 I can run this game at 60-80fps with everything on medium & epic textures

It still looks good and runs stellar, so hats off to the devs for that

Razer cortex's game booster usually helps me shrug on another 10fps too, don't know precisely why but it seems consistent

Directx 12 allows for additional graphic settings that are not available in dx11. Dx12 is optimized better for most gpus so that is the better one to use. Even if you dont use those new graphic settings

Custom maps work in the same way as anything else pretty much, it will replace a level in game when activated (don't have more than 1 mod map loaded on each game launch) moat replace hotel rooms

It will say in nexus description normally which one it replaces

np, just know ron modding might be one of the easiest since its just drag n drop. if you want to take the mods out, just simply take the .pak file out. keep in mind that there are 2 .pak files in the folder already, and I wouldn't advise taking those out

You'll need to search for whatever in-game model you want to swap it with. Most of mesh files are somewhat organized - just start opening up stuff that you find using UModel after setting UModel to the directory where RoN's Paks folder is located.

So far, people have been mainly focused on swapping the playable characters and weapons, though stuff like swapping out NPCs or world objects is probably also possible.

Yeah but ill be 90% out of door way where my gun should clearly be out but its not and gets me killed. Its the number one thing that gets me killed and its so unrealistc trying to be toooo realistic and annoying. Kinda like the fact we cant burst run in and out of cover like anyone in real life would be able to. games waaaaaayyyyy to slow.

the lobby you are joining will need to disable the checksum to allow you to join or they have to have the same mods

Not that I've seen, there's always the option of using smaller guns in-game, but it can be annoying. Especially running flashlight builds where you can't see when the gun gets tilted

When was the mod uploaded? It could be the mod broken, I'd double check the forum posts on it. But it could also be that it's for another skin, such as an HRT skin

It's a supporter only feature atm. So you'd have to upgrade to the supporter edition which is $80 USD more. I wouldn't recommend getting it purely for the skins, rather to support the devs or get test branch access

Modding on ready or not is very complicated and takes a lot of other programs to do...

I think they should change the file formats to something similar like "gtav" and their ".ytd" format... This would make texture reworking much easier and faster

22SAS Reskin V2.0 With Extensive Customisation

Hi all, I'm incredibly excited (and curious) to share this v2.0 update to my 22SAS skinpack.
This update features some general fixes and changes, but mainly introduces a very extensive customization pick-and-mix system.
Divided per category, you will find different paks for each part of the two different uniform sets (Swat and Heavy_Swat), allowing you to play dress-up with your swat officers. You can give them black pants, with a green top, black helmet and a multicam vest, or multicam pants with a purple top, black vest and multicam helmet etc etc.
I hope you will enjoy this new level of customisation and I'm very curious for your feedback on this!
