Hi, so I wanted to use mods on RoN ut when I went into the mod.io tab and subscribed to mods and downloaded them, they didnt work, I restarted my game to make sure and it didnt work. Could someone advise me how to get it working?

For me, I had to uninstall half of all mods I had installed since those were the ones that were (and probably still are) not working

In game mod.io is broken and fails to deploy most mods I recommend unsubscribing from the mods in-game and downloading manually from either Nexusmods or mod.io website.

Not that I'm aware of I think some of the alpha models mods might still have some being able to see the heads but if the mod doesn't use files from within the game itself then nobody will be able to see it unless they also have the mod installed.

Well if you're just talking overlay there's this mod using reshade: https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/1719 if you're talking physically on the body then this is probably produced by the console unlocker - camera mod meaning to say someone else using the camera while another person was playing from the normal perspective. Blured faces could also either be produced by the camera mod or more likely edited in post meaning it wasn't an active effect in real time.

The Pak is what you download from the mod

The Pak file simply gets dropped in the folder marked Content>Paks and boom the mod works now it’s magic

Download, extract, drag and drop or just extract it straight to you pak folder

Lmk if you need help tomorrow, if your using vortex, they auto install the mods to a different folder, and not all of them will work with that install directory so some of them might still have to be manually directed to Pak folder. Manual file dragging is much easier for this title than having to do it with a mod manager

Yea the in game mod manager is broken and tends to not deploy most mods properly. I recommend unsubscribing from the mod and installing your mods manually through nexusmods or mod.io website.

Literally open in game menu and under the mods tab the camera mod should be there just click where it says disabled and enable it and it should work you might have to press the reload button on the bottom right of the menu.

So I did some digging around and I found out how to increase ads zoom for mods. Basically in the blueprint section, there is a uasset file which has a parameter called playerfovscale. Adjusting it allows you to change how much the zoom is on ads(if ads zoom is enabled). Mentioning this for those who have eyesight issues or would just like a bit more zoom in the ads.

But keyboard and mouse do need to have some space

Wether I've found it better I can't say but its definitely satisfying

If you get a gaming mouse though make sure to download the app that comes with it so you can adjust its keys because mine had buttons to adjust the DPI and I kept pressing them accidentally

Yeah comfort is definitely a thing for it but that just depends on other factors

Like for me my desk is old and wooden and very poor and digs into my wrists and my chair is in a very cramped area and gets uncomfortable after a few hours
