The game will create a worldgen file upon loading the map for the first time
Not having a worldgen file already just means the first load is longer

Have you tried deleting the VO folder and replacing it again? because perhaps you still just have some default voicelines in there because the VO mod doesn't cover every voice line so if it's mixed in with default ones it will call on both and from testing it with and without default voice lines, it calls on the default voice lines more than the modded ones. If it's without default voicelines and it calls upon one of those audio files it would just play nothing and be silent. That's really the only reason I can think of why it's doing what it's doing. Only other thing would be, being the wrong character.

Need help with mods: I want to play mods with a friend. It only works with some maps tho, and with all the other custom maps he just gets kicked as soon as it loads. We both have Server Side Checksum disabled, and it works for some maps. For example, The Neptune Spear map works, but not Container Yard, Forest House or Into the Deep. Yea so mod.io is not the way to go because in it's current state it doesn't deploy most mods properly unless you go into your mod.io folder and move the mods to the paks folder which at that point you may as well just manually install them anyway, so I would recommend using Nexus or if you choose you can manually install through the mod.io website. The only things mod.io deploys correctly for the most part is modded maps and things like the in-game menu.

As long as you don't notice any conflicts then it should be fine, but generally you should only use 1 AI Mod if they edit the AI Suspects. Otherwise, you should be able to pair a mod like Swat AI Overhaul with a normal Suspect AI Mod because they edit different AI files

i think it would be even cooler if they did like SWAT 4 and allowed you to hold the team helmet cambutton and then while you can't directly control them with the wasd keys you can still give orders and look around...So you can take control and say 'move here' and he will, or 'breach this room' and they will, all without you having to look at the triggering entity

Also, we revamped their morale system to be as human-like as possible. You'll see them surrender after taking damage and seeing a buddy die. Heya! I’m pretty new to RoN but really really enjoy the game as it has huge nostalgic roots to Swat. I made a pretty hefty voice pack heavily inspired by the quips in RoN to swap out the VA of Swat members with my own~ figured anyone here also using the female skin mod would appreciate it! It is purchasable for $10 min for 270 files as it was recorded professionally but if this is a problem at all please let me know! I’m really happy with how it sounds in game and was expecting to find it cringy, but ended up quite the opposite!
Note: the preview video is using raw audio instead of it in-game using the in-game sound system so it sounds more jarring as it should (my editing software wouldn’t load the audio to the video).
