My friends and I are trying to get S tier on the dorms map from the house invasion dlc and we got all the objectives and found the soft objective but it hasn’t ended. We are 98% sure found all the guns because the three of us have all ran around the entire map with gun highlights on and none of us found another gun and so we don’t know what to do

Yea, it's a known bug for weapons to go missing on that map. There's no fix for it aside from using a mod to disable weapon evidence collection as a workaround, otherwise you'll have to wait for an update to fix it.

This mod includes a fix for it: https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/4170 but it's a .dll file and comes with multiple other features but the modder is trustworthy and it works for me so even if it gets picked up as a virus for you when downloading it's a false positive. Read the description for how to use and there's also a testing video linked for the voice fix.

Sooo, I have bought the DLC maps for the game I think in the X-mas holiday season.
I finally got the chance to play some, loaded up the game.
I have had a 100% completed career, so I hit Continue
The game starts loading, gets to 99% and locks up. Mouse cursor frozen on the screen, and my entire primary display is locked. I cannot even use alt-tab to display anything other than the locked game on the main display.

Thankfully I do have a secondary for discord and such, so there I can open Task Manager to end RoN

How do I get around this issue?
(I have also posted this as bug report on the steam forum on the 26th of April)
I did a steam verify for the game files, it said everything is A-OK.
Relaunched the game, this time it has gone to 100% on the load, but once again locked up.
As much as I love the game, if steam refund policies apply to DLCs, I'd be considering the refund option, as this DLC not only did not launch, but effectively bricked the main game.

ok so, I think I figured it out: its happened twice already! When a officer AI takes off a civs bomb vest, for some reason they freeze up and cannot be detained or ordered.

I tried to stinger them, flash them, pepper spray, pepperball, beanbag and none of worked. I do not want to try bullets as they could ruin my S rank run

Search and Secure is broken, and I’m not sure what could have caused it. I hit six, nothing happens, I make them fall in and do it, it works about half the time. This is what happens when I stop playing for three months.

They only secure evidence that you did not

I have a background sound bug and I for the life of me cannot fix it or get rid of it. In the Main Menu and In -Game, it is playing/looping background sound of an actual round being played with gunshots and voices. It is making it nearly impossible to play the game. I verified game files, reset game progress completely which was sad, and it is still playing the sound in the background.

Operatives get stuck in the Hide And Seek map

In the Hide And Seek map, operatives get stuck in the passage at one of the exits from the container rooms and cannot get out. (see screenshot)

This is definitely not a random bug—it happened to me twice in a row while completing the mission.

Dorms and Twisted Nerve are 99% undoable on S rank because there's always a couple of evidence missing. They probably clipped through somewhere or fell under the map, but we clearly are stuck on A+.

It's a known issue. #❗known-issues-and-fixes message from my understanding the bug is usually due to invisible knives to which if you were using swat AI they can potentially pick it up but otherwise no fixes just mods you can use as workarounds. With any luck this bug will hopefully get fixed in the next update coming this summer.

If your game crashes and doesn’t allow it to save properly then yeah it will not be saved. And crashing can also cause saves to not save correctly

If while in lobby the map whether in the top left corner or on the mission screen in the briefing room are completely white for them than it's either they don't have the map installed or they have the incorrect version of that map.

If you've installed up to date mods and correctly they won't cause your game to give you that error

It's a known issue. Hopefully, it will be fixed in the next update, which will be coming July 15th. Not really much you can do in the meantime. Just have to hope it doesn't happen.

It's really just caused by devs mangling with pak chunks and uploading build to Steam repo in such a way that SteamPipe won't remove the old files (because they no longer exist in repository).

Specifically in RoN it happened no less than two times, the first occurrence that I remember was a real fun, the game occupied twice the disk size all of a sudden because they failed to comply with Valve's uploading guide to begin with 💀

Pressing F3 disables the HUD. Pausing and then unpausing the game re-enables the HUD, which doesn't seem like intended behavior.

You’re likely playing on DX12 because it takes a while for it to load since it’s compiling all the shaders etc. You have to wait for it to finish loading. If not then you have to use DX11

Having fast network doesn’t mean you still can connect to servers all around the world.

Ready or not uses peer to peer servers, so you’ll have to make sure you’re not using any software or anything that might hinder or alter network traffic

And try asking other people to host or you host and see if it’s better that way

VO mods can't change AI they only contain audio. If suspects only have knives, you likely installed the zombie or not mod. Delete it from your Paks folder. If you used mod.io, unsubscribe in-game and delete the mod.io folder in Paks.

Description: Just got into the "Dorms" mission for the first time, once i got in from the north exit, i instantly lost the "arrest 5 suspects" objective. I Assume some suspects have either fallen from the map or died from clipping into collision, but i haven't found any bodies.

The burning evidence completes the computer objective intentionally, as they are burning hard drives from the computer. The soft objectives are the tapes in the bedroom and the development rooms in the basement, not the burning drives.

Steps to reproduce: Equip a gas mask in your loadout. Load a mission. Activate your team's squad camera. Stand in front of a teammate whose camera is shown. The gas mask is not visible in the squad camera.

Hey sorry if it has been mentioned already but when opening Steam overlay while playing it crashes my whole computer.
I open steam overlay normally with shift+tab and can do everything. When trying to close it again Ready or Not freezes and soon after both monitors get dark and all sound is cut off and I need to restart my pc via power button.
Apart from that my game runs great, I don't have this problem with other games tested

is it just me, or does the swat ai seems to get dumder and dumber overtime...? occasionally they dont listen to commands like "move and clear" (just standing still while the command is shown by their names), not neutralizing the suspect when they are approaching and shooting at us, not picking up evidence and cuffing suspects/civilians on their own while standing next to them and getting stuck at the most open part of the map. I actually never experienced these issues before in the early builds (even the alpha version), so could it be that something with the ai messed up overtime?

I'd like to report a mistake in the italian translation of an in-game option: in the screen where you can choose to send of you your men to therapy or to fire them the option "fire" is translated literally to "spara" and while in english it means both to "open fire" with a gun and "to fire" someone in a job context, in italian as of now it is translated as "spara" which means "shoot". That’s the risk you take when you mod your game why it’s a good idea to backup your save data files before modding it. Only thing you can do is download a 100% save file no other way to go about it unless you want to unlock them all over again or otherwise just keep a customization unlocker mod installed as that shouldn’t effect your game’s or PC’s performance.

Relapse - C2'ing the double doors in the pediatric wing resulted in a DOA/fake-dead suspect glitching through the floor (the doors landed on top of him). When loading into Police Headquarters rifle becomes translucent. Some instances (not captured) result in all firearms being invisible, as opposed to translucent shown in the video. I am playing vanilla and have no modified files.

Currently unable to consistently reproduce bug, though it happens frequently when loading into Head Quarters and maps at random. So far it's occurred in all maps and various weapon types (with exception to throwables).

My current workaround is to relaunch the game and hope it doesn't happen again. Sometimes it will take a restart or two in order for the bug to resolve itself.

my single player is bugged and i cannot play the later missions in the base game like the hospital. six missions in all. I don't know why, this issue started roughly 5 months ago and I have heard nothing of a planned fix so maybe nobodys had my issue. I love Ready or Not and have been enjoying Commander Mode on PS5, but I’m facing a serious issue that’s impacting the experience:

After completing missions in Commander Mode, my Career Stats (playtime, kills, arrests, missions completed) remain stuck at zero.
This happens even after finishing a mission, returning to the main menu, and waiting for the game to save.
I don’t have PS Plus for cloud backups, so I’m worried about losing progress, especially since the game has already reset me to the first mission once.
This bug is making it hard to feel like my progress counts or is tracked properly, which diminishes the enjoyment of the campaign.
Please prioritize fixing this stat tracking and save system bug on consoles. The campaign mode is the core experience, and having progress not show or save properly is frustrating for many players.

I got two bugs.

• When using coop helmet cams, going into the armory or any type of transition screen will remove the camera until either a reset or a death.
• When using the Mirrorgun in free lean (On Console atleast), if you look through the mirrorgun, you can move around freely while leaning at the same time.

In Twisted Nerve, the female civi and a suspect have tried to phase through the exterior apartment wall into the streamer's room. The female ended up in the tall glass waifu cabinet.

So, Im new to RoN and just got it today and went to check the map before heading into the op, and as soon as I pressed the map button, my game insta crashed.

No lag, no buffer, no error, just pure crash and right to the home screen.
Im guessing this is a bug/error with the code, and I thought I should say something.

In the "Sinuous Trail" mission, even on Standard difficulty the enemy AI is WAY overly aggressive and is one shotting my character through doors and walls no matter what I do... Everything has been fine up until now, and it's at the point to where it's starting to ruin the awesome experience I WAS having with this game. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. I know I can't be the only one frustrated with this specific spot in the game. I'm on PS5.

I dumped an entire mag of 9mm into center mass of an enemy on the new restaurant map. He didn't so much as flinch. This was on standard mode, not hard, and if he was wearing armor, that was not evident. Not sure if unarmored enemies are just too tanky, or if y'all forgot to put armor on models that are supposed to have it? I remember having similar problems with the shirtless guys on triad when dark waters released.

Weirdest thing the update has broken- for some reason the digital desert camo pattern on some of the pants is now just a duplicate of the default green digital coloration.

Hi, not entirely sure if this is the correct channel to make a report, but ill give it a shot. The issue is nothing serious, but it has been in the game for a while now. If you use the B92X with the riot shield, the following graphical bug appears:
After firing, the hammer of the b92x does not return into its ready position, even though the weapon cycled. After around 2 seconds, the hammer then gets teleported into its proper position, in addition with the magazine glitching around a bit inside the gun.
