That controller is Flydigi Apex 2. It's a mobile controller but it can be used on PC as well, although you need reWASD to map the button to keyboard&mouse. I made a video on youtube detailing a config for RoN with that controller, you can look it up. Regarding where to get one, that's entirely depends on where you live.

Right now, in RoN, if you're going for a perfect run, it isn't even necessary to bring breaching tools, because lockpicking is just too overpowered, as it is quicker than shotgun and kick, and allows you to see traps. my solution to this is as follows:
-Fully remove the ability to lockpick via the multitool (or, make it take a very long, impractical time like 2+ minutes)
-Make it so that lockpicking can only be done by the lockpick gun
-Make it so that not all locked doors are able to be lockpicked ( Some of them have manual bolts)
-Make the lockpicking gun have a very short duration, but can be used multiple times in quick succession (see the linked video to understand what I mean) https://youtu.be/mWErjXO3SYg?t=206
-Make the lockpicking gun success chance relatively low, so it is a longer method of opening doors, rather than being the quickest, most silent, and overall best method when in reality, SWAT would do it very rarely.
This is my take, and honestly i think this should be changed pretty quickly. you might've seen my S tier guide post, and the fact that lockpicking is by far the best method, and you don't even need to bring a long tactical for it honestly needs to be changed.
What do you all think? It's by far the best method, and that bothers me as irl, the chances of it happening are very small.
