Quick play is progression based like Commander mode you have to play through the missions to unlock the next. Only multiplayer has all maps unlocked by default.

I was playing 23mbs earlier today and decided to take a deeper look at the “censored” content, I’ve heard claims about how this change ruins the story, but people that make this claim obviously didn’t look too deep into what it was changed into. The change actually is darker than you’d imagine, the piece of paper on the desk isn’t a PNG of some file that has ineligible text on it like how it was described in the dev blog or other people no, from what’s written on the piece of paper it’s obviously a Catalog… for children. You can tell with the list of kids names and written under them their interests and desires which are obviously interests that children would have. I have a theory the whole thing but then this post will be too long but what I’m trying to say is this change is a good direction for RoNs story because this brings more in depth information about how the ring works as a whole I feel like this controversy wouldnt have been so bad if RoNs story writers didn’t try to use shock value a lot to push their narrative. In my opinion you don’t need shock factor to make a good story or to bring light to the dark parts and evil that is in our world, now that doesn’t mean I think the shock factor in RoN should go away completely since there are some scenes that are crucial like in port hokan with the auction room and the cargo container. So that’s just my opinion and what I took from this change and how it honestly benefits the narrative that Void is trying to push with Ron but this is all my opinion at the end of the day.
