The City of Los Suenos couldnt handle the "activists" yapping in their ears about defund the police and so caved in, which probably explains some things like Underfunded and shit for the Department, funding going to the City Council's (Mayor too possibly) private security, blah blah

in certain missions like rust belt you have other units assisting, could be neat if there was a implementation of adding them to help such as clearing the initial surface area, or neon tomb where several police officers could also be moving into the neon night club and engaging with the suspects because i dont think the activists would be complaining when everyone was being shot up atp

Well firstly you can just order them to wait at spawn while you go run and gun, but also this was multiplayer, with mods to add more suspects and civilians

The thing is, it's supposed to be an active shooter scene but from what I could tell, the shooters weren't active til we entered the room. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seemed as though the scene is set up with dead bodies as if a shooting took place, but there was zero gunfire as we slowly cleared the club. In other words, we could take our time and go slow because it's not like the bad guys were executing people. It's one of the criticisms I had about the game. The storytelling and world building is fantastic. But it felt like the bad guys were waiting for a police firefight, not trying to kill as many civilians as possible.

Because I wanted to master the level that and I have a mild case of imposter syndrome and need to prove to myself that I can do it and that I didn't just get lucky or whatever

I'll probably S-Rank it another 4 times in the coming days, and then I'll do it with a pepperball/CS gas loadout because imo it's much weaker than beanbag/stinger, which is what I use predominantly

The loadout I did it with:

-Beanbag shotgun with SRO dot and laser pointer for accurate hip-shooting
-Glock 19 with no ammunition or modifications because non-lethal
-Heavy full ceramic armor for survivability while retaining mobility
-32 beanbag rounds, 5 stinger grenades, and 2 wedge slots (4 wedges)
-Tactical shield for survivability and aggressive play, and ballistic facemask because imo it's the best helmet if you're not running gas or flashbangs

This loadout can get you through the entire game and get S-Ranks with ease, with only some maps requiring minor edits to the munitions for max effectiveness (looking at you sinuous trail, requiring 6 fucking wedges)

It's cost efficient, extremely survivable, and gets the job done (for true solo that is, which is what I balanced it for)

Yes you can, it can also be useful in true solo if you need to cuff a guy right this very instant and you don't have any cover or safe way of doing so. Just turn your back to where the gun fire is coming from or where you think a attacker will come from

If they don't do anything, good, if they pull something and try to kill you, they'll dump lead at center of mass usually and most of the bullets will get blocked, and those that don't will only hit limbs or ceramic. It's not ideal but it can save your life in a desperate situation, and it's better than them dumping 556 into your helmet

2. the sight frames will interfere on your awareness.
   IRL, some ppl prefer to have sights in a forward position. It's a personal preference and it won't interfere as much as in the game. Not all things work when transferred to a game environment.

have higher graphical settings, also I found going in and out of the Third person mode fixes some low poly texture issues, also swithing your weapons around can help. also make sure your camera position is not too close to the gun or it will clip it alot and result in that low poly look as well. If non of that works it could just need to be uninstalled reinstalled, I am not sure of a for sure fix but these suggestions have worked for me with this mod

I meant positioning the camera in a realistic way for bodycams. Reshade gives the illusion of a police camera and the Imperfect Thirdperson mod allows you to place it in the right place. I can't explain it as well as I would like because English is not my native language haha
