It's especially painful when you're actually going for S ranks compared to playing casually as you cannot afford to have them fuck up by ignoring corners when clearing

Utility is dogshit unless you know exactly where the target is and you're the one throwing it, as AI will always throw it in the middle of a room, which means suspects will be unaffacted by it, also you cannot clear entire rooms by checking doors, once it comes to actually breaching the AI is incompetent and will either not fire on suspects, ignore them outright or just push in with their back turned.
That is if they follow your orders at all

that doesn't justify them standing in the line of fire not shooting back, or securing a downed suspect whilst leaving themselves vulnerable to a room, sometimes several rooms, that we haven't cleared yet. or even prioritizing covering an enclosed room that we already did clear over a new room that we haven't.

I swear to god, sometimes I feel like I'm playing a different game to you people in this server, or if I or everyone around me is insane.

1. "AI doesn't shoot targets" yeah you know how there are ROE? the ai is programmed as to not violate them, meaning until the suspect makes a move, they won't. It's annoying when running non-lethal but I'd rather them not shoot and maintain ROE, than have them shoot and lose me 50 - 150 points.

2. "Utility is dogshit" spoken like someone who hardly uses it, the grenades in my personal experience are finnicky for the first two - 6 times you throw them ever until you actually learn how to effectively do so, and they're no longer an issue, if you can't reach an enemy with a flashbang or gas then you're 9 times out of 10 doing something wrong to warrant it.

3. "AI utility doesn't affect suspects" here's a novel idea, maybe use the ai utility on rooms where throwing something to the middle is effective, examples of which I can think of off the top of my head being: the morgue on relapse, and some of the second floor rooms on sins of the father etc.

Every grenade other than gas works on a LOS check that 90% of the time fails if the suspect is obscured by a piece of paper on the ground, so technically speaking you shouldn't use anything but gas, just because it's the only one that's effective.
If you're really think the AI are so capable then please do a run where you only have them clear every room, I on the other hand am good untill they actually make them capable

Meanwhile the suspects in the room were unaffected by either of those, my team of 4 was incapable of subduing both suspects, they ran in a line and got themselves shot to the point where the suspect ran out of ammo, the last officer being incapable of shooting at the suspect because he was too poorly programmed to deduce that he should RELOAD between encounters. Not only that, but he didn't switch to the taser, he didn't go in for melee, he didn't do anything smart in that situation

I don't know for certain but I'm pretty sure the c2 has an effective range, meaning it wouldn't have worked no matter who used it, as for the ai clear, the enemies were made alert by (I assume) prior shooting, the c2, and then the missed stinger, which made them ready to just gun down the ai immediately

The C2 does have an effective range, it seems to be a very small cone around the door, but that's what i'm saying, outside of that small cone C2 doesn't do anything else and even worse it can incapacitate suspects and civilians. I would expect it to atleast impair the suspects, having them bolt off or having severely reduced accuracy but no, it's just non-existant

Not necessarily, one of the maps is (or was) broken to the point where it would call itself modded despite not being such and it would never load, only thing you could do was close the game

For s tier def ides of march or relapse

On ides gl the ai has the best aim and will kill you through the paper thin walls. On relapse a good run may take up to an hour. So every time you die you waste anywhere from 5-60 minutes. Also the ai is equipped with high caliber rifles and some armor. So you have to use light armor and steel plates.

Took me a month to beat ides s tier. And to the dicks who say “no greased palms is way harder🤓” you’re wrong. Only takes up to about 50 attempts to get it if you have even half working hands.

I got you. The fool can be completed by entering the same room as Daniella voll(amos’ wife) and making her agro you. DO NOT YELL FOR COMPLIANCE. For the c2 charge one just use a taser on valley of dolls on the first suspect. Kill any other suspects that you encounter on the top floor. Arrest the one tased suspect. Just put him behind some doors and blow them up on the opposite side of the suspect. If you kill or don’t incapacitate him switch doors until you do it. Hope this helps
