I have a better gpu than him and just finished my analysis on FSR 3 mod in Ready or Not.

it does not 'double' your FPS, the difference between FSR2 and FSR3 is marginal at best. At least on a Nvidia GPU, that is.

I am a GTX 1080 user and when I use FSR 2.1, which is available by default in the game, I get 80 FPS. When I use FSR 3.0 mode, it increases to 150 FPS.

Actually, when you install the mode, it is not visible what quality setting it is, but I would use FSR 2.1 in Quality mode. There is no quality option for this in FSR 3 mode.

FSR is FidelityX Super Resolution, AMD's upscaler for PC games. You can set it to quality and run low settings with good graphics or run it on performance with higher settings, or balanced.

Nvidia also has their own, it's called DLSS.

Ready or Not supports FSR 2.1 and DLSS 3.1, but there's leaked files for FSR 3 which you can implement on any FSR 2 supported game.

FSR also supports all GPUs, while DLSS only supports Nvidia GPUs

Either way, that's just the title of the video, the reasoning behind it is very thoroughly explained, well segmented and well put together and documented.
It has been 7 years since the game started development, it had a ways to go ever since the early access restart they did of the project and it still has about the same ways to go now that it's a "1.0 full release" product. VOID haven't really listened to the community and the game is still in pieces, it should have gone places already but it hasn't and i think people are reasonably starting to lose hope

This is such a weak take. AI systems have been improving over every major patch. You don't just magically always move forward in development, sometimes adding things means taking other steps back and figuring out how to fix them. They made it clear in their release they are working on fixing the cracked AI.

I'm currently working on ironman commander mode with no mods. It is rare that I die to something that wasn't my own dumb fault. You get keyholed? Learn how to keyhole back. You want to not die to alert enemies? Quit alerting them so much. The histrionics over the AI is exhausting.

more people are downloading my Down Or Die mod. I tweaked the AI perceptions to sight and sound. There are a lot of problems but most games dont allow you to adjust many of these setting like fine-tuning sus accuracy. its a project for sure in agame I think a lot of people are waiting to be finished

adjusting bullet damage and swat armor values makes getting shot through walls happen less and be less devastating when it does

I've had next to no AI surrender in vanilla even after 1.0, it's a pretty safe bet that every single time they are made aware of your presence they will become aggressive and start shooting at you with next to no variation.
Most missions, if done by the book, like an actual officer would end up with 90% if not 100% of suspects dead, which honestly shouldn't be the case IMHO

I think that you'll be okay, but i must confess I havent played on a variety of setups so I can't be 100%. I use a 3070 on high settings and it works great, but I have more ram. given you have double the ram of the recommended, i think you should be fine. but you may need to experiment with settings. theres some edge cases that arent as optimized as others, but Im sure enough that you're good to recommend it! your CPU still exceeds the recommended settings, just know that the ai requires a lot of CPU so you may see stutters periodically. I do (i5 current gen) but not near enough to impact me much negatively

FSR has no 'ultra quality' setting in Ready or Not, but it does have just plain ol' quality.

The actual solid parts of the gun are pretty limited. For most weapons it is only the magazine that can intercept shots. But it's very cool when it happens.
