i think the main thing preventing them from doing that is that they would want it to work in commander mode as well, which would be a whole hell of a lot harder to implement given the different officers and levels of mental health they'd want to account for
its still a really good idea and it would be great to see it implemented

When people say that Suspect AI needs fixing, I believe this is the kind of thing they're talking about. The devs seem defensive about their AI, but this guy didn't just spray through the wall at the sound. He literally aimed at my head and hit every shot with a damn near recoilless LMG. Not only that, I wasn't using an unsuppressed weapon or shouting for compliance (not that this level of accuracy would be acceptable in that case either). In the video, it's my suppressed rifle that allows him to know my exact position. That's insane

Those type of achievements are so strict. Luckily, you can use your SWAT AI. The safest method is really just use revolver, (the SWAT AI can use whatever). No throwable, no mirrorgun or anything, no wedges, just revolver. For AI team just do Open and Clear or Kick and Clear on locked doors and just pray

Did some testing between FSR/DLSS about Ultra Performance at maximum settings 1080p. This was done using a mid-tier system (54% on PCBench)

A 6 minute, much longer test showed a significant decrease in FSR's lead.

In a nutshell, if you have a 'mid-tier' PC system (that includes a Nvidia GPU), then at max settings 1080p. Either upscaler should work fine.

(The bigger video is too large for discord to embed, if you wish to view you unfortunately have to download it and it's like 166MB)

The biggest notable difference is that at Epic 1080p, FSR used about 1 to 1.2 gigs more RAM than DLSS.

Occasionally though the ram usage became the same or surpassed 1.2gb but for brief periods of time

Will soon test the exact opposite.

Low settings 1080p with FSR and DLSS set to Quality.

Video is another too large to embed. It's 133MB.

Both FSR and DLSS quality had a lagspike when going up the stairs and turning right for the first time. After that though, it calms. In addition, DLSS Quality also has consistently higher RAM usage than FSR Quality. They only come close to similar when you reach the attic on Kawayu Beach.

Maybe the devs will find this mid-tier PC testing helpful or just players in general. If anyone more experienced sees something wrong with my method feel free to point it out.

I dont recommend it on most maps, but it's best used on Elephant because shooters are actively attacking people and you need to focus on them and not restraining civs.

Sometimes the game doesnt auto secure though so when the shooters are down, check your spawn. Thats where they'll run to

When a civ or suspect gets on their knees, you can middle click on them and give several orders

1 - Restrain (one of your guys does it for you)
2 - Move, then a submenu you can make them move to a specific spot or towards you
3 - forgot, I literally dont use it
4 - Turn Around. You can make them turn away from you and use this in sync with 2 to make them crawl backwards to you
5 - Find the exit (only applies to civs)

for me it was the spawn. especially the area near the bridge on the 3rd or floor or the staff changing rooms on the first floor. either my officers would die and get bunched up or they would kill each other by walking infront of them. not to mention the undercover doctors who have pistols. when i told my team to restrain somone and all of a sudden they pull a pistol and kill one of my officers. those were the choke points in the map for me.
