The game traces bullet paths from the muzzle, not the sight, it's very obvious with rifles because the Height Over Bore is larger than with pistols.

I get why you're confused since it's kind of awkward to judge since the recoil isn't subtle
Decent way to test is to aim and fire at a bullet hole, and see that shot land below it

If you find some way to cause them to bend forward for a little, ex: try throwing a flashbang or shooting, you can try quickly arresting by spamming f once they bend forward. You can also incap them by shooting them in the foot until they go down. Sure, it'll decrease points by 50, but you can finish the mission

Found some useful informations about Axon cameras and some technical papers I read about mpeg encoders they use that I implemented into Recorded or Not, along with a true resolution downscaling/upscalling technique to really match the resolution look this cameras are recording with. I'm still experimenting and fine tuning everything but I should push a little update pretty soon.

Something happened, and they delayed it. It could be because of anything (I am no expert, but I can guess: making the dev blog took longer then they expected, corrupted files, PC broke down, broken audio, spotted an error so they have to redo it, someone is sick, unhappy with the final result, forgot to do this and that, etc.). Although a word from them would be nice, but we are talking about Void here, who have radio silenced (even worse than the current situation) for a whole year before and are doing it again. So really, we just need to wait until the last day of this month.
