@noble glade Yeah that was trolling someone on reddit a good few years ago with a demo track that was turned down. I did my best American accent, used audio from a VA (the deep voice) and had fun. Oddly enough writing the silly stuff is always easiest and most productive! So yeah, not from Payday or anything. Some people might recognize the silly voice in the end, it's the 'tenor' from Omnisphere - same used for the shopkeep in Crypt of the Necrodancer!

this is probably an issue withv your steam, try closing it completely and restarting pc, it should resume, otherwise delete download cache in steam and relaunch steam
ive had this problem once before
