Not sure if this is the place for it, but I purchased the supporter edition through the Void Interactive website. I was charged for it, and the funds cleared my bank account, but I received no receipt email or Steam code. Is this a known issue?

Hey sorry to be a bother. I have been reading the chat. I had purchased the supported edition through steam, I do not have any emails from Xsolla in regards to an order number to be verified. It appears they are delayed based on chat just looking for some confirmation on details :).

I've tried everything I can think of and I can't fix my copy of the game. Still just kicking me back to the main menu after reaching either 34% or 100% on the loading screen. Doesn't matter which game mode or lobby type I try...NVNGX is tracking an error, though.

I have noticed a few different nuances that can affect inviting people to the game. One is the game version. What are the issues you guys have specifically? If the game invite simply does nothing, chances are two different game versions.

I found that running the game on DX12 in the main menu was getting 60 FPS. However, as soon as I start a single-player game (or MP), the FPS drops to 11-20. Returning back to the main menu, FPS does not return to its previous values.
Using DX11 in the main menu reaches 60 FPS, everything is fine when playing.
Back in the main menu, everything is in order.

Additional Information:
Exactly the same problem for another game - SQUAD, but (!) Also Unreal Engine. Game launch - good FPS, map change - FPS dropped.
DirectX12 was released in 2015.
My graphics card came out 2018 and supports dx12.

that's usually based on steam, steam automatically uses your default communication device, so make sure it's set to that, either in your recording devices or steam settings and audio

Oh, my bad. Thought it was the connection. Have you checked the mic setting you have for your pc since for me the game originally, when I was playing, was picking up my computer built in mic and not my stand mic.

hey, so im trying to play the game and enjoy it but its very difficult with the problem im facing.

whenever I play the game, no matter what graphics settings, for some reason there's a lot of stuttering happening. it gets pretty bad pretty quickly, especially when I first spawn into the HQ.
It's almost as if you're in an online game and you start to see signs of really bad lag, so your screen kina freezes and jumps a couple times. But this happens in single player mode, plus I have pretty solid internet speed. its not an internet issue.

I also don't think its an issue with my GPU or anything, as I've monitored the task manager on my 2nd screen while playing. every resource is always below 50%. GPU sometimes spikes to about 70% but very rarely. I've also messed with the graphics settings and it still does it consistently and frequently even on the lowest possible settings.

• lowered graphics settings, including the resolution scale just to try it
• verified the integrity of the game cache
• uninstalled and reinstalled the game
• rebooted my computer
• closed every other unnecessary application in the background
• tried running the game with DX11 and DX12
• made sure my graphics drivers are up to date
• checked settings in NVIDIA GFE

but yeah when monitoring the FPS itll be at a solid 60fps (vysnc on / fps capped at 60 in settings) then when the stuttering happens it immediately dips to 2 or 3 fps a couple times.

Alternate fix

Change your Steam region.

Options>Settings>Downloads Region set from another city.
Restart Steam.

If it doesn't work:

• Make sure you're playing the most recent version number (16853, top right corner of screen)
• Make sure you're logged into steam friends and online (try signing out then back in)
• Whitelist RoN in your firewall
• Close the game completely, double check that the game is completely closed in task manager, and restart steam.
• Make sure you aren't running VPN / virtual network software in the background as this can interfere. This includes hamachi / zero tier / etc.
• Verify the game's files.
• In rare cases, certain programs that have an overlay may cause issues. Try disabling any third party overlays.
• Try a full pc reboot.

they do plan on having a tutorial, having it combined into opiwand was a simplification it used to be two commands but it makes more sense to check for a trap at the same time as checking the room.
aside from you checking with the wand and looking at the door frame, trapped doors will always be locked. if the door is trapped, unlock it, peek,look at the wire and disarm it @muted solstice
